Instagram Inspiration

After watching Misery on Thursday night and posting it on Instagram I inspired myself by the stupid caption I put with the photograph.

"Misery Loves Company (expect when I can't get any I just watch films alone/with the dog)".

This is the beginnings of a new canvas that I was actually inspired by the World of Portrait exhibition talk with Eric, James and Peter. Eric said that there was missing humour in the portraits that were seen around the studios so I suppose this is my way of adding a somewhat dry humour to my own portraiture, that at times can be boring for want of a better word, and hopefully people will pick up on that.
